Sadie is a Greyhound we adopted from a woman we met in Austin's Pease Park while we were playing disc golf. The woman in question had adopted Sadie from another family less than a month before, and wanted to be rid of Sadie...It was a tough month for Sadie, but the years since then have been pretty good for her.

Sadie is shy around cameras, and she's black, both of which combine to make it really difficult to get a good picture of her. Sometimes you just have to make do.
